We work in partnership with a trusted and proven international freight forwarder to co-ordinate shipping and customs clearance. Our fully-computerised warehouse dispatches products to our courier network - enabling product to be delivered to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order, anywhere in New Zealand The technology In recent years we have developed a purpose-built software program, which allows all orders to be placed electronically via the Internet. This systems also uses past sales history to forecast purchases out 18 months. Our employees have access to our freight-forwarder's website; where shipping and account information can be accessed and downloaded. We have already moved to paperless transactions with one of our major suppliers, Procter & Gamble, and will be rolling this out organisation-wide. Warehousing Our 50,000 sq ft warehouse and head office is ideally located adjacent to Auckland International Airport. Our warehouse processes an average of 60,000 invoices per year, and has a capacity to turn over more than $500,000 worth of business each day. A core team of 15 permanent staff operate the warehouse, with additional temporary staff engaged as required.
